Your In Residence Experience
Your enquiry is reviewed personally before any visit is agreed. We discuss the experience you are looking for, assess practical suitability and arrange appropriate exercise screening through a separate secure process.
Your instructor prepares for the session, arrives with appropriate equipment and provides focused, unhurried coaching. The space is treated with care, equipment is packed away thoughtfully and follow-up supports your continued progress.

A private consultation request is an initial conversation, not a booking, payment or the £160 Initial Private Reformer appointment. Home appointment times are never exposed through an unrestricted public calendar.

The relationship between client and instructor is central to the ELUMINATE IN RESIDENCE experience. Your sessions are tailored to your goals, abilities and preferences, with professional attention and respect for your home and time.
The Eluminate Standard guides how the service is prepared, delivered and followed up. We aim to provide continuity of instruction wherever practical, helping your Pilates practice develop with familiarity, confidence and consistent care.
You will be told who will be attending before your appointment is confirmed.

ELUMINATE was founded by Eleanor, whose experience in personal training and group exercise helped shape its approach to individual care and purposeful movement.

All six prices are agreed working rates for the planned service, subject to a final pre-launch commercial review. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. The home Reformer service requires appropriate portable equipment, insurance, qualification sign-off and safe access and space; Duo appointments do not require two Reformers.
Service area & appointment planning
The initial marketing area centres on Little Aston, Four Oaks and Streetly. Friday is the preferred core home-visit day, with morning, lunchtime and afternoon appointments considered individually.
During the establishment phase, suitable appointments may also be arranged Saturday through Monday. Nearby and other suitable locations may be considered individually; travel, appointment logistics, access and equipment suitability are reviewed before confirmation.

Your instructor will be confirmed personally before the appointment is agreed.
Friday through Monday by arrangement
Friday is the preferred core day; Saturday, Sunday and Monday requests may be considered in the initial launch phase.
Recurring arrangements
Recurring private appointments can be agreed personally, based on a suitable service and schedule.
A few practical details
We will discuss the details personally before offering an appointment.
Suitable Mat equipment is planned to be brought to the home. Reformer sessions will be offered only once a separate lightweight portable Reformer and safe transport arrangements are in place; the heavier machine intended for PureGym is not used for home visits.
A safe, clear, level exercise area and suitable access are necessary. The precise Reformer footprint, access requirements and setup space will be confirmed once equipment is selected and your home arrangements have been reviewed privately.
Yes. Mat Duo and combined Mat/Reformer Duo sessions are designed for two people, with individual needs considered. Combined sessions do not mean both clients use a Reformer simultaneously.
Appointments are arranged personally and carried out with respect for your home, personal circumstances and privacy. Photographs, recording and testimonials are entirely optional and will not be used without appropriate permission.
Friday is our preferred home-visit day. Saturday, Sunday and Monday may also be considered during the early phase, with other locations and circumstances reviewed individually.
We’ll contact you using your preferred method, discuss suitability and your goals, and explain next steps. Detailed health screening and collection of your full home address take place separately through a secure process.
